NixonBrooke was established in 2001 to provide management consultancy on business transformation, change programmes and IT issues to large multi-nationals and corporates, primarily in the finance sector and consumer markets, and also to central government departments and agencies. We operate at senior levels, generally reporting to a main board sponsor.
We were a spin out from KPMG where Graham Nixon was European World Class IT partner covering all strategic, management and commercial aspects of IT. This combined with Virginia Brooke’s experience of strategic development, major business transformation programmes and change management from PA and Gemini Consulting. Alison Booth joined in 2009 bringing her deep expertise on programme management and programme delivery from EY and Capgemini.
For over 13 years we have provided teams of specialists for client engagements. These ranged from creating new operating models to strategic alignment between business and IT, and independent reviews. An ingrained feature of our way of working has always been to ensure client stakeholders are fully engaged, coached in their new roles and supported throughout change. Over time the balance of our work has shifted from consultancy assignments to working as individual trusted advisors, mentors and coaches in our respective areas of expertise.
Our directors also have board experience as non-executive directors.
Integrity, professionalism and high standards are important to us. We are often trusted with sensitive and confidential information and can be relied upon to behave with discretion. We always operate with our clients best interests in mind and give unbiased and independent opinions where these are sought.
All our clients have placed repeat business with us over the years, which is testament to the quality of our service.
We have held ISO 9001 quality accreditation for our services since 2004 and are audited annually by the British Standards Institute.
