Later on we carry out reviews and assessments to ensure it remains on track, and provide advice and support to assure success.
Our people have all shaped and delivered major business change for multi-nationals and large government departments and know the complexities and challenges from first-hand experience. This experience includes developing new operating models and reinforcing cultural change as well as transformation design and delivery.

Strategic IT Advice for Business Executives
We advise top business executives on, or reporting to, the board, on strategic IT issues – such as the digital opportunity, major business change with substantial IT implications, cost reduction and sourcing approaches, or a specific IT problem which is impacting the business.
Our clients are looking for unbiased advice, expressed in business terms, based on rigorous analysis of the facts combined with experience of what will really work in their circumstances.
We give brief injections of advice and/or carry out short, sharp high-level reviews and situation assessments working jointly with business and IT sponsors to provide recommendations and action plans. Where additional resource is needed to take things further we can help with specifying what is required and how to source it, whether externally and internally. We have no vested interest in resourcing further work ourselves so our recommendations are solely based on what we believe are in the best interests of our client organisation.
