Alison is a highly experienced executive, operating at board level, delivering business transformation and change, programme management and IT outsourcing. She has led multi-country programmes with values exceeding £200m, turned around failing programmes and provided independent assurance to the board.

Alison is a skilled coach working with top level executives and their direct reports on managing change.

Her clients come from all sectors and often have a pan-European presence like Avis-Europe or LCH-Clearnet, so she has worked widely in Europe in Hungary, Holland, France and Germany. Alison has also worked in India on offshoring projects.

She previously worked for Capgemini, Ernst & Young and Anglian Water.

Alison relishes challenge and enjoys sports – she windsurfs, snowboards and is a triathlete. She regularly raises money for charity and cycled 250 miles in three days for a children's hospice.
