Jackie specialises in organisational and technology strategy and managing cultural change alongside the technology projects. She has previously worked with KPMG, East London Business School, Marks & Spencer and British Telecom.

Since moving into consultancy, her clients have included Diageo, Focus (DIY), Alliance & Leicester, Cable & Wireless, Sears Group and Citibank. As a lecturer, she was the head of the 'Managing IT' module on the MBA programme and also taught Ethics and Computing.

Jackie is active with Arts & Business, running change management and strategic planning workshops for boards of arts organisations and works regularly with Bankside Gallery.
