Virginia specialises in business & IT strategy, operational
design and the management of change. She works mainly in insurance and banking in Europe and North America; her clients
have included Standard Life, Chubb, NatWest and Lloyds TSB. She has also worked with the financial arm of government departments such as the Benefits Agency, the National Lottery and HM Treasury.

Prior to founding NixonBrooke, she worked with SEMA, Capgemini, PA Consulting and Oxford University.

Virginia has a keen interest in the performing arts and is a Governor of the Central School of Ballet. She is also a member of Council of Goldsmiths, University of London.
